National Day 2020 will be a unique one in many ways, held in the midst of a pandemic with a rather muted celebration. Despite that, we still have many reasons to celebrate – food is of course an important reason! So here's a list of National Day promotions that you can enjoy with your family and friends.
OK Chicken Rice

Blue Jasmine
Blue Jasmine combines the Singaporean favourite Nasi Lemak with Thai elements. Good for four, the Nasi Lemak Set ($48) include fragrant Blue Jasmine Lemak Rice, Thai-style Chicken Wings, Cha Om Eggs, Thai Asparagus with Shrimp Paste, Thai Hor Mok and topped off with a Thai Coconut Agar-Agar dessert for the National Day spirit.

Available on 8 and 9 August, Tablescape's National Day Sofa Menu makes it easy to lounge indulgently on your couch while watching the NDP celebrations on TV. Each set is good for two at $68 and comes with a generous offering of seven savouries and three sweets. This promotion is only available for takeaway and delivery!
KFC
For a limited time, save almost 50% on your total bill and get two portions of cheese fries or Zinger burgers for just $5.50. The promotion is only valid for delivery orders through KFC’s website or app.
Burger King
Burger King has brought back the legendary Rendang Burger in celebration of National Day until 31 August. This time it is also available in an XXL size! If beef is not for you, we hear the Rendang Tendergrill Chicken Burger is just as good. The Rendang-licious Bundle for four ($36.90), comes complete with Pulut Hitam Taro Pie and is an ideal National Day treat for the family.
Hai Tien Lo
Our favourite local dishes get a fancy makeover at Pan Pacific’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hai Tien Lo. Their special six-course menu for two ($176) features delectable dishes like Crispy Whitebait and Fish Skin in Peppered Salt and Honey-glazed Pork, Tiger Prawns with Spinach in Spicy Shrimp Paste, and Goose Web with Sea Cucumber and Shrimp Roe in Oyster Sauce.
Peach Garden
For this National Day, Peach Garden has rolled out some specials which include a five course set for five at $288 and set for eight at $388. Pick 3 items from a list which includes Longevity Lotus Paste Bun, Chilled Jackfruit Sago, Double-boiled Superior Chicken Soup, Canned Beer and Red Wine. There is also a NDP E-Discount promo for 1-For-1 Signature Chilli Crab available at all Peach Garden Restaurants.
Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung’s favourite Steamed Chilli Crab and Pork Xiao Long Bao is going for $7.50 for four pieces from August 1 to 31! Meticulously handmade, each dumpling is filled with succulent crab meat and juicy pork in a spicy crab-based broth. So yummy, no additional condiments necessary.
Domino’s Pizza
Domino's has put together National Day themed bundles from its famous Chilli Crab Pizza to desserts, which includes the Ondeh-Ondeh Lava Cake and Banana Kaya, to celebrate the nation’s 55th birthday. Bundle options start at just $5.50 with any purchase. Available online via delivery and takeaway, and dine-in at selected stores.
LeVeL33
This special National Day Platter from LeVeL33 ($55++) is an elevated take on hawker favourites. Good for two, the platter features Hainanese Chicken Sliders, Glazed Iberico Pork Char Siu skewers, Stingray Croquettes with Spicy Sambal Aioli, Salted Egg Fries and Sweet Potato Fries.
