A Noodle Story

A modern spin on the traditional wonton mee, A Noodle's Story Singapore-style ramen consists of Hong Kong style wanton noodles, Japanese cha shu, onsen egg and potato-wrapped prawn fritter. Run by two young hawkers, the stall was even featured on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for two consecutive years!
