Hidden away in Capitol Piazza is Wagyu & Sushi by MATOBA, one of the few Japanese restaurants that specialises in wagyu sushi. Here, you can savour the prized meat without burning a big hole in your pocket with the Lunch Omakase Course (S$78+). Enjoy five kinds of appetisers, a soup, Wagyu steak, somen noodles with Wagyu and dessert. The produce are specially sourced from known locations in Japan and freshly flown in on a regular basis!
