Helmed by Executive Chef Derrick Lau with over 25 years of experience in Japanese haute cuisine, excite your taste buds at MARUKYU with their omakase courses that change seasonally, made with fresh and high quality ingredients air-flown from Japan. There are two lunch menus here – Hana (S$68++) and Maru (S$88++) which come with seasonal appetisers, sashimi, a seasonal simmered dish, and more. Dinner omakase is also relatively affordable, with the menu starting at just S$78++!
