Helmed by prize winning head chef Ryo Endo who has honed his skills for as many as 10 years in Miyajima and Hiroshima, diners can expect nothing but the best of Japanese cuisine from the restaurant’s kitchen. The Lunch Omakase (S$88++) gives you great value for six exquisite courses. It features seasonal ingredients, as well as sushi rice from Chef Endo's hometown of Yamagata that’s known for its fresh water creating high quality rice.
