Perched on the second floor of the Intercontinental Singapore Robertson Quay, ISHI presents Japanese fine dining in an intimate and welcoming space with focus on seasonality and traditional techniques. For lunch, The Ulala (S$90++) comes with a starter, seven pieces of sushi, an ikura rice bowl, miso soup, and dessert. If you’re feeling extravagant, you can also top up S$50 for a special rice bowl of negitoro, kani, uni, and ikura!
