Their Ayam Penyet comes with a mound of rice, soup and a healthy dollop of their homemade chilli. A sizeable piece of chicken is generously showered with golden bits, while the batter is well-seasoned and satisfyingly crunchy. The chicken is moist and tender on the inside, which always gains extra points in our books!
