Seng Huat Homemade Fried Carrot Cake

Handmade carrot cake are hard to come by in Singapore, but you can still find them at Seng Huat Homemade Fried Carrot Cake. Freshly prepared daily, the carrot cake is cut into big chunks and they have more of a soft and wobbly texture. Both the white and black versions are fried with a good amount of egg and wok hei!
