Golden Star Homemade Carrot Cake

With all the popular stalls at Yuhua Village Market & Food Centre, there is another lesser-known stall here that is slightly quieter but sees its share of constant regulars, and that’s Golden Star Homemade Carrot Cake. The couple behind the business has been here for over ten years, selling both black and white carrot cake. Their carrot cakes are all diligently made from scratch and steamed before being fried with plenty of eggs, garlic and chye poh!
