Da San Yuan

Da San Yuan is run by a third-generation hawker serving mushroom minced meat noodles, fishball noodles and laksa. As the name implies, Da San Yuan serves noodles with three types of ball-shaped bites to suit the taste of the young and old. Their signature dish, Da San Yuan Mini Wok, sees a mini wok of flavourful soup topped with fishballs, fish roe balls, pork balls, marinated minced meat, fish cakes and egg, together with a bowl of dry-tossed noodles that are coated in chilli paste and fried lard.
