Torisei
Torisei is a kappo-style restaurant, with only yakitori omakase menus served here for lunch and dinner. With a head-to-tail concept using French vegetarian-fed chickens raised in 100 percent cage-free farms, skewers are grilled over bincho charcoal, which imparts a complex smoky char on the meat. Its menus also change up seasonally, which means you’re always in for surprise!
