Gosso Yakitori Dining

Gosso Yakitori is best known for its signature Gosso Dama – a skewer of white chicken livers wrapped in caul fat. The yakitori is then grilled to a crispy exterior with a juicy interior, and it is recommended that you consume it within 40 seconds. To try a little bit of everything, go for the 12-stick set which includes Bonziri (chicken tail), Negima (chicken thigh with leek), Yuzokosho-yaki (chicken fillet with yuzu pepper), Tsukune (chicken minced ball), Sunagimo (gizzard) and the Gosso Dama.
