Not to be confused with Fei Fei Wanton Mee! For Michelin-approved roasted meats, join the queue at Fei Fei Roasted Noodle. With over 40 years of experience, the stall is only open for a few hours a day and sells out quickly. The roasted meats require an arduous preparation process that begins at 3 am and is roasted over a charcoal fire. The results are the likes of juicy char siew atop springy and al dente egg noodles, accompanied by stuffed wontons, leafy greens and a powerful chilli sauce.
