Ang Moh Wanton Noodles

Ang Moh Wanton Noodles traces its roots back to one man who had distinctively Caucasian features, who sold wanton mee from a pushcart on the streets in the 1960s. Today the business has been bought over and modernised with an expanded menu, but you won’t go wrong with the Signature Wantan Noodle. Tossed in a mix of soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and chilli, the plate is accompanied by a modestly fatty char siew and a bowl of soup with wantons.
