Lickers is a neighbourhood artisanal ice cream cafe tucked away in Telok Blangah and Hougang. Open till 2am daily, this humble ice cream cafe is constantly experimenting and coming up with new flavours. While their range of flavours might not be the most extensive, they pair perfectly with their waffles, which is as classic as it gets – crisp but light while staying soft and fluffy on the inside!
