Hay Gelato
Hay Gelato has 12 flavours at any one time and you can expect very interesting flavours like Balsamic Strawberry, Meyer Lemon and even Smoked Hay, which is made by smoking real hay and infusing it into a milk-based gelato. What’s different about them is also that their gelato doesn’t come round. It is dented at the top, where complimentary toppings can be added to pair with the gelato flavours! And instead of a normal waffle pan, Hay Gelato uses a vertical waffle maker to dish out their crispy and golden waffles.
