Their luxurious Premium Yu Sheng ($338++) features luscious cuts of lobster, toro, sake, and hamachi, with generous portions of ikura and uni, along with gold and silver flakes, while the Wafu Yu Sheng ($148++) comes with maguro, sake, hamachi, and tobiko, elevated with jellyfish and shredded pumpkin for added texture.
