Crystal Jade

Every year, Crystal Jade creates a special yusheng when Chinese New Year rolls around. This year, the new Golden Harvest Sea Cucumber Yusheng (from $138++) takes centre stage, prepared savoury Shunde-style with chilled braised Australian sea cucumber. It also incorporates ingredients such as frisee lettuce, ice plant, kaffir lime leaves, dried persimmon, and jellyfish heads.
