Tucked in Ngee Ann City, Mizuki is well-known for their omakase tempura experience. With fresh seafood imported four times a week from Tokyo’s Toyusu Market, Mizuki tantalises the palate with items such as scallop that is fried to medium rare, and seaweed tempura that is topped with Hokkaido bafun uni and caviar. Deep fried to perfection, the anago is also a delicious mouthful of sweet and tangy flavours, enhanced by a drop of lemon juice and pinch of salt.
