Ginza Tendon Itsuki

One of the most popular eateries in the CBD along Tanjong Pagar Road, Ginza Tendon Itsuki is Ramen Keisuke’s first concept store that’s established in collaboration with the highly acclaimed Ginza Itsuki Sushi restaurant in Tokyo. The tempura ingredients are coated in a light batter and only deep-fried upon order, so they arrive hot and crispy on the outside, while succulent on the inside. Try the Special Tendon which comes with large prawns, chicken breast meat, vegetables and a gooey tempura egg, or the Seafood Tendon that’s loaded with, salmon, scallop, prawns, white fish, squid and vegetables. There’s also the vegetarian-friendly Vegetable Tendon for non-meat eaters!
