Long Kee Carrot Cake
Long Kee specialises in only one dish and it draws in a queue consistently, with most of them being regular customers. Serving up only white carrot cake, what’s different here is that unlike most stalls cooking them with an egg crust, here the carrot cake is stir-fried much like black carrot cake. Fried with a concoction of sauces that include black bean sauce and fish sauce, the dish is incredibly fragrant with a mouthwatering aroma.
