Um Yong Baek is known for their authentic Busan pork and rice soup, steamed pork belly and Korean BBQ. While the name might not ring a bell for many locals, Um Yong Baek has garnered recognition in Korea through numerous media features! During lunch hours, the star of the show here is the steaming bowls of Daejigukbab, prepared in either Busan or Milyang style. Boasting and umami broth, both dishes make the ultimate comfort food on a rainy afternoon. For dinner, only KBBQ is available. The restaurant only takes reservations, so make sure to secure a slot before heading down!
