What’s special about Go! K-BBQ is the wide array of signature aged meats on the menu for Korean BBQ. You can tell that they take their aged meats seriously – they even have a meat ageing room! For 15 days, the meats are refrigerated without packing at low temperatures, allowing them to become extra tender and develop a unique flavour. Must-trys include the Jin Gal Bit Sal (Aged Boneless Beef Short Ribs), Sam Gyeop Sal (Aged Black Pork Belly) and Wang Yang Nyum Galbi (Aged Marinated Beef Rib).
