This trendy Korean BBQ restaurant opened its doors during the pandemic. Fulfilling her mother's lifelong dream of owning a KBBQ restaurant, Ryu quit her cushy job at Apple to open Charim. The joint has since received stellar reviews and even went viral on Tiktok for its quality grilled meats! Go for the BBQ Sets which are pork- or beef-centric. DIY sushi is also available to top up where diners can drape their meats on sushi rice! The restaurant doesn’t accept reservations, so come early or be ready to wait.
