Rong Xing Hakka Yong Tau Fu

Originally a stall in Tanjong Pagar Food Centre run by two sisters, a family feud saw the stall splitting into two, with one of the sisters moving to Taman Jurong Food Centre. The soup is wonderfully umami thanks to the addition of ikan bilis, and there’s a decent array of ingredients that were all fresh and tasty. The combination of soup, variety of ingredients and yummy sauces make this a very satisfying meal. No wonder they’re regarded as one of the best YTF in Singapore!
