Nico Cafe
Nico Cafe is a pet-friendly floral shop and café and they have one of the most IG-worthy souffle pancakes around. The Creamy Sweet Potato pancake comes decorated with homemade sweet potato sauce, chocolate chips, blueberries and dried cranberries along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Even though the souffle pancakes may not seem as tall, wobbly or bouncy, this plate of soufflé pancakes is a piece of art on its own!
