Uncle Chen sells ice cream in Ang Mo Kio only, but you’ll need a bit of luck to run into him as he chooses to constantly move around from block to block, selling to whoever passes by. If you see him, get your fix of Chocolate, Attap Seed, Vanilla and more to enjoy on an ice cream cone, wafer or rainbow bread!
