Teochew Satay Bee Hoon

Helmed by a 90-year-old grandma and open just once a week (yes, you read that right), Teochew Satay Bee Hoon has been around for almost 50 years. Serving a satay bee hoon that has a distinctive taste unlike any other, the sauce is said to be prepared with over 20 ingredients including luo han guo! Now assisted by her son and grandson, the stall still consistently draws in a queue every week and is often touted to be one of the few authentic satay bee hoon left in Singapore.
