One of the pioneering stalls at Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre, Sin Chew Satay Bee Hoon consistently draws in a long queue so be prepared to wait up to half an hour. However, the wait is well worth it for one of the best satay bee hoons in Singapore. Sumptuous with thin rice vermicelli, cuttlefish, pork slices, and tau pok, the dish is generously drenched in a luscious rich peanut sauce made with special spices. This is truly a taste that you will not get anywhere else!
