Ah Mai Satay Bee Hoon

This unique stall at Chomp Chomp Food Centre sells both traditional Hainanese Beef Noodles and Satay Bee Hoon, which might seem kind of strange. The Satay Bee Hoon here features a gravy with an interesting tang that seems to divide people into two camps – those that love it and those who don’t. The peanuts are crunchy and aromatic, while the ingredients are typical of what you’d usually find: succulent prawns, moreish cubes of freshly fried tau pok, blanched kang kong, and bee hoon with a firm bite.
