Yan Chuan Roaster

Since 1973, Yan Chuan Roaster has been consistently producing top-notch roasted meats, beginning as a modest factory wholesaler with a takeaway stall. In order to make Peking duck accessible to the masses, today it also has a fast-food concept restaurant at Kitchener Complex. Interestingly, instead of the usual crepe, the order comes with steamed mantou instead. With glistening skin and well-seasoned meat, the flavours created an ideal match with the soft bun. Apart from Peking duck, there is also roast pork and roast chicken on the menu!
