Zhong Ji Mian Shi

Other than wanton mee, chicken hor fun and curry chicken noodles, Zhong Ji Mian Shi also has less commonly seen hawker items such as red wine chicken mee sua and chicken feet noodles! Come early if you want to try these items, as the stall starts operating at 4.30am and they were out of the mee sua by the time we were there. Their noodles are perfectly al dente and not overly alkaline, with a mild sweetness that pairs perfectly with the meat and dishes.
