Seng Heng Braised Duck Noodles
The famous braised duck noodles here is available in soup or dry, and make sure you get here early because they open at 7.30am and tend to sell out by 9am! The Hokkien-style braised duck is seasoned with just the right amount of spices and the meat is tender and succulent. The chilli really brings the dish together, and whether you go for soup or dry, the herbal soup is rich, earthy and nourishing.
