Soon Wah Fishball Kway Teow Mee
Soon Wah used to operate out of an Orchard carpark before moving to Newton in 1977. Until today, their fishballs and giao (fish dumplings) are still made by hand daily! The size of ping pong balls, the fishballs are the perfect complement to the springy, al dente noodles. In fact we're quite sure they will bounce if you try to throw it, but please let's not waste yummy food.
