MA Deen Biasa

Located at Jalan Sultan, MA Deen Biasa serves one of the best tulang and is touted to be the “King of Soup Tulang”. The smallest size comes with five mutton bone marrow, and you can top up to get a basketful of baguette to mop up the soup. There is no gaminess to it and the soup has a light sweetness, along with elaborate notes of spices. The marrow is melt-in-your-mouth and has a texture that is much like foie gras. Other than Soup Tulang, the stall also has other yummy staples such as Chicken Briyani, Murtabak and more.
