With a history dating back to 1955, Haji M. Abdul Rajak is often touted to have the best mutton soup in Singapore, and one sip from their bowl might have you agree! There’s only Soup Kambing on the menu, but the stall allows you to choose your preferred cut of mutton. They also have many exotic cuts, such as tongue and brains. The soup is incredibly aromatic, thanks to the blend of spices that goes into it, and the taste of mutton permeated the soup without an overt gaminess.
