This year, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore introduces two new baked mooncake flavours: Almond Red Bean Paste that’s filled with creamy red bean paste and crunchy almonds, and Walnut White Lotus Paste with earthy walnuts and fragrant white lotus paste. Snowskin mooncakes are also available in new flavours that include Almond Red Bean Paste, Pistachio and Japanese Matcha Mochi. The mooncakes are presented in a two-tier tin box (S$88) with the glorious facade of Capitol Building on one side and Stamford House on the other. Alternatively, you can purchase the mooncakes through the Celestial Collection (S$112), which comes with an additional chic canvas carry-on tote, available in two colours!
