Raffles Hotel’s 2023 selections include two new snowskin mooncake flavours: Sakura & Raspberry Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake (S$97 for box of 8), which pairs fresh raspberries with cherry blossom; and Yam & Coconut Rum Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake (S$97 for box of 8), which accentuates rich notes of rum with creamy flavours of coconut, skilfully blended with white chocolate enveloped with silky homemade yam paste. Along with these new creations are the well-loved Champagne Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake (S$99 for box of 8), Baileys Chocolate Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake (S$97 for box of 8), Yuzu & Osmanthus Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake (S$97 for box of 8) and an array of traditional baked mooncakes.
