Helmed by celebrated Korean chef Nam Kyoung Soo, SBCD Korean Tofu House serves the beloved Soontofu soup with your choice of broth. The silken tofu used in the soup is made by hand at the restaurant daily, using organic soybeans imported directly from Paju, South Korea. Beloved classics like Spicy Baby Octopus and L.A. Galbi are also made with fresh ingredients and can be served with the rice dishes on the menu. They are served in hot stone bowls as per Korean tradition, and the rice crust at the bottom is mixed with corn tea and served as porridge at the end of the meal.
