Nozomi
A Japanese restaurant serving classic and modern interpretations of traditional Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, Nozomi curates and executes a menu that is simply delicious. The restaurant uses ingredients flown straight from Japan’s Toyosu Market twice a week. Prepared in true kaiseki ryori fashion, the dishes are cooked using a myriad of different cooking methodologies. The Japanese Claypot Rice is available in Salmon and Ikura or Sakura Ebi, and features fluffy white rice steamed in dashi stock with a hint of savoury light soy seasoning for a refined flavour. Pair with a side of Pork Kakuni, where braised pork belly is drizzled with the restaurant’s in-house concocted sauce. Other ala carte options include the Unagi Kabayaki, Oden, Nankotsu Karaage and Mentaiko Cheese Balls.
