Chirashi King Kong

Chirashi King Kong combines two major food trends in one dish – rice bowls and truffle. Popular choices at this small eatery include the Unagi Truffle, Barachirashi, Salmon Mentaiko, and Scallop Saikyoyaki. There is also the recommended King Kong Bowl which is topped with Toro – with both sliced and minced versions of the fatty tuna in the same bowl, Negitoro, and Ikura. But the star is truly the truffled mentaiko rice beneath, fluffy with the right amount of seasoning, along with a whiff of truffle oil that’s not too overpowering.
