Shi Hui Yuan Hor Fun Specialty

A Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, Shi Hui Yuan is a simple stall specialising in one thing – hor fun. They come in a selection of toppings that include braised duck, chicken, pork ribs, chicken feet and mushrooms. The hor fun is then doused with up to three kinds of braised gravy that come from the stews of the different ingredients, creating a rich, robust, delicious yet complex flavour. Apparently, the braising sauce has been stewed continuously over the last 30-plus years!
