Lao Jie Fang

Good Beef Brisket Noodles are hard to come by in Singapore’s hawker centres, but this is one of them – it’s even featured in the Michelin Guide! Dig into Lao Jie Fang’s Hong Kong-style Braised Beef Noodles, which comes with al dente egg noodles coated in a savoury, umami and slightly spicy braised sauce, topped with tender chunks of beef brisket and some leafy greens. Apart from the Braised Beef Noodles, the stall also serves Pork Rib Noodles and Pig Trotter Noodles, the latter of which is slow-cooked so the meat is fall-off-the-bone!
