Min Kee Tanjong Rhu Wanton Noodle

Min Kee Tanjong Rhu Wanton Noodle is another stall that commands one of the longest queues at Kim Keat Palm Market & Food Centre, and they’re well known for their comforting, nostalgia-inducing wanton noodles. Each bowl consists of mee kia that is blanched in both hot and cold water to ensure maximum springiness, char siu, vegetables, and pork lard tossed in a moreish savoury and spicy sauce. The dry version also includes a bowl of soup filled with silky wantons. On the menu are also fried dumplings, which are perfectly crispy and make for a great side dish.
