The original owners of this stall have retired, and this stall has an additional “Chen Ji” on the signboard. The new owner that has taken over seems to have kept the queue coming, and they are also now open for longer hours! The secret is in their batter and the crispy edges create a perfect consistency against the soft centre and juicy oysters.
