Teck Kee Cooked Food has a seemingly neverending queue of customers hungry their unique rendition of sheng mian. Nicknamed “Singapore ramen”, what makes their noodles so special is the rich, full-bodied broth that is reminiscent of Japanese tonkotsu broth. It’s also comes with a good variety of ingredients such as fish balls, minced meat, pig liver, fishcake slices, lettuce and pork lard. It also comes in a dry version that is tossed in a savoury sauce mix!
