Huang Fu Duck Rice

The owner of Huang Fu Duck Rice only uses ducks that are 2.7-2.8kg for the perfect meat texture. If the duck is too heavy, the meat will be tough. And if it is too skinny, there will not be enough fats. Each duck is braised with over 10 herbs including star anise, dang gui and cinnamon.
