Seletar Sheng Mian Mian Fen Guo

Compared to other ban mian stalls with various combinations of toppings, this stall has a straightforward choice of Mee Hoon Kway and Sheng Mian, both available in soup and dry versions. The dry version features an umami and savoury sauce, along with fried shallots and crispy ikan bilis for added texture, while the soup version is light but flavourful. The stall attracts a constant queue and seems to be especially popular with the elderly!
