Hock Kee Wanton Noodle
With over 30 years of history, Hock Kee serves old-school wanton noodles with springy noodles, thin slices of char siew and blanched veggies. Crispy pork lard is also added for an extra touch of flavour and texture. However, the star of the show here is the wantons which are hand-wrapped everyday. They are well-seasoned with peppery notes and make for a delightful simple meal.
