Yew Kee Braised Duck
Yew Kee Braised Duck’s has a history that dates back in 1961, when it was a pushcart stall selling braised duck rice in Nee Soon. Today, they have multiple outlets islandwide, including one at Kampung Admiralty Hawker Centre. The braised sauce is made according to a recipe handed down by the founder’s father and uses over 10 different type of herbs, spices and ingredients. You won’t go wrong with rice or noodles version that’s served with tender braised duck. And don’t forget their special homemade chilli!
